Policies
Deposit Fee
Same Day Appointments
There is a $20 deposit fee required when booking to secure an appointment with one of our technicians. The fee go towards the entire service price.
We do not do same-day online appointments, but we do work mainly on a walk-in basis. So, if you need a last minute pampering. Just walk-in
Rescheduling/Cancellations
All appointments are allowed to be reschedule or cancelled up to 4 hours before appointment time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit.
Appointment Request
Lateness
All appointment requests must be accepted in order to have a confirmed appointment.
All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Being more than 15 minutes late may get your appointment pushed back and your deposit forfeited. Although, you'll still be serviced, the nail tech will be servicing the next client on queue
Booking Times
Booking an appointment is not required to be serviced, but only reserves a place in line to be serviced with your nail tech at a specific time. All nail techs at Sugarcoat work mainly on a walk-in basis (no appointment needed) 10am - 6:45pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am - 3:45pm on Sundays

PolyGel Fill-In

A polygel fill-in is a nail maintenance procedure where new polygel is applied to the regrowth area of the natural nail to fill the space between the existing polygel and the cuticle. This helps maintain the shape and integrity of the polygel nails, extending their lifespan between full sets while ensuring a seamless and polished appearance.
